In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system.

We do not provide 24/7 technical support. Our support hours are 9am - 3pm AEST, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

A standard eTicket will be actioned within 48 hours. If we require further information we will contact you, otherwise we will advise when the issue has been resolved.

If you require priority support, a fee of $49 will upgrade your eTicket to the top of the queue with a response within 8 hours. To submit a priority support request, simply click here and complete the Submit a Priority Support form and provide payment via credit card.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
